Steps to View Recognition Awards
- Navigate to Retrospective Insights: From the main navigation, go to the 'Analytics' section, then select the 'Retrospective Insights - Details page'.
- Locate Recognition Awards: On the Retrospective Insights page, scroll down or look for the 'Recognition Awards' table or widget.
- Review the Awards Table: The table presents a chronological list of all recognition awards given among your colleagues.
- Understand Each Entry: Each row provides detailed information about a specific recognition:
- ASSIGNED AT: The exact date the award was given (e.g., "March 21, 2026").
- PERIOD: The time frame during which the recognized contribution occurred (e.g., "Mar 16 - Mar 22").
- RECEIVER: The team member who received the award, identified by their avatar.
- SUBMITTER: The team member who gave the award, also identified by their avatar.
