How to Use the Peer Recognition Awards Widget

The Peer Recognition Awards widget on your devActivity.com Dashboard provides a powerful way to visualize and understand team recognition. Follow these steps to effectively use its features, from viewing trends to accessing detailed reports and exporting data.

How It Works: Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access the Widget: Navigate to the 'Dashboard' where the 'Peer Recognition Awards' widget is prominently displayed.
  2. View Awards Dynamics: The widget features a stacked bar chart titled 'Peer Recognitions Awards'. The Y-axis quantifies the number of awards, while the X-axis segments time into weekly (or monthly, based on filters) periods, such as '22 Dec - 28 Dec' or '23 Mar - 29 Mar'.
  3. Identify Contributors: Each color within a stacked bar represents a different team member (e.g., Lisa Jones, Michael Smith, Emily Davis, Jason Miller), indicating their individual contribution to the total awards received in that period.
  4. Export Data: Click the 'Download' icon (down arrow) in the top right corner to export the chart data, typically to CSV format, or copy it to the clipboard.
  5. Access AI Insights: Click the 'Sparkle' icon (next to the download button) to access advanced AI-powered insights related to the recognition data (available for Premium users).
  6. Drill Down for Details: To view a detailed report of specific achievements or awards for a particular team member within a given period, click on any column in the chart. This action navigates to a granular view listing all awards received.

By following these steps, you can leverage the Peer Recognition Awards widget to gain valuable insights into your team's recognition patterns and foster a more appreciative work environment.
