1. Navigate to AI Insights: From your devActivity dashboard, go to the 'Analytics' section. Then, select 'Performance Review - Details Page' and locate the 'AI Insights: Performance Review' section.
2. Review or Customize the AI Prompt:

   

   In the 'AI Insights Prompt' area, you'll see the instructions given to the AI. You can use the pre-populated prompt or customize it to define the specific scope, parameters, and focus for the developer's review (e.g., specific dates, areas of focus). Use the navigation controls (up/down arrows) to view prompt history, and the 'Copy Prompt' icon to duplicate it.

3. Generate the Performance Review: Once your prompt is set, the system will automatically generate a detailed performance review for the specified developer and period based on their activity data.
4. Examine the Output: Review the generated insights, paying close attention to the 'Overall Performance' summary and the 'Strengths' sections. These sections provide a concise evaluation and highlight specific areas of excellence like 'High Output,' 'Bug Fixing,' or 'Technical Proficiency.'
5. Utilize Output Options:
   • Rate: Provide feedback on the AI's output by rating it as 'good' or 'bad' to help improve future generations.
   • Regenerate: If the initial output isn't quite right, you can choose to regenerate the insights based on the current prompt.
   • Copy to Clipboard: Use the 'Copy' button to easily transfer the entire AI-generated text to your clipboard for use in external documents, emails, or other communication platforms.

Add as a Comment to Performance Record (Optional): For seamless integration, you can directly add the AI-generated performance review as a comment under the employee's name to their official performance review record within devActivity for the defined period.
