Steps to Add a Performance Review

1. Navigate to Performance Review: From your devActivity dashboard, go to Analytics and then select Performance Review.
2. Initiate a New Review: Click the 'Add Review' button. This will open the 'Add Performance Review' modal.



3. Select Team: In the modal, use the dropdown labeled 'Team' to choose the relevant team for the review (e.g., 'Demo team 2').
4. Select Contributor: Use the dropdown labeled 'Contributor' to select the specific team member you wish to review (e.g., 'Lisa Jones').
5. Define Review Period: Choose a 'Period' for the review. You can select from predefined options like 'Feb 2026' or 'Dec 2025 - Feb 2026'. If these don't suit your needs, select 'Custom' to use the calendar selector and define a precise date range.
6. Request Teammate Feedback (Optional): To gather comprehensive input, enable the 'Request feedback from teammates' toggle. When activated, devActivity will automatically send invitations to relevant teammates, prompting them to provide comments and feedback for the selected contributor and review period.
