The Achievements table provides a clear overview of earned rewards and XP.

Steps to Manage Achievements

  1. Navigate to Achievements: Access the 'Achievements' sub-section, located under the 'Rewards' top-level menu in devActivity.com.
  2. View Achievement List: Upon arrival, a tabular view displays all earned achievements. Each entry includes the achievement badge, name, description, its type (e.g., 'One-time', 'Cumulative', 'Monthly'), the achiever's avatar and name, the date earned, and the 'XP Earned' value.
  3. Filter Achievements: To refine the displayed list, use the filtering options. You can filter by a specific employee, achievement type (e.g., 'One-time', 'Cumulative', 'Monthly'), or a defined time period (e.g., a week, a month, or any custom date range).
  4. Sort Achievements: You can sort the table by different columns, such as 'Date' or 'XP Earned', to organize the view as needed.
  5. Assign a Custom Achievement: To recognize a developer with a personalized award, locate and click the 'magic wand' icon (typically found near the pagination controls). This will open a workflow where you can select an employee, name the achievement, provide a description, and manually set the XP value to be awarded.
  6. Export Achievement Data: If you need to analyze or share achievement data externally, click the 'download' icon (usually next to the pagination) to export the displayed list.
