  2. Select a Team (Optional)

If you manage multiple teams, use the dropdown menu in the top-right corner (often labeled with your current team name) to select the specific team for which you want to configure alerts. Each team can have its own unique alert configuration.

  3. Enable or Disable Alerts

For each listed alert, use the toggle switch to the right of the alert name to enable (blue) or disable (gray) the notification. Enabled alerts will actively monitor your team's activity based on their configured thresholds.

  5. Adjust Threshold in Modal

An 'Edit Alert' modal will appear. Use the numerical input field (with up/down arrows) to set the desired threshold (e.g., number of working days, hours, comments). The modal also provides context by showing how many times the alert triggered in the past 7 days, helping you set realistic thresholds.

  6. Save Changes

Click the Save button within the modal to apply your new threshold settings. If you decide not to make changes, click Cancel to discard them and close the modal.

By following these steps, you can tailor devActivity.com's alerts to perfectly match your team's workflow and performance goals, ensuring you receive timely notifications for critical events.
